Quitclaim/release

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

Please comment on the form being circulated in the bank re: Affidavit of Quitclaim/release. Who's initiated this? Is LBPEA knows it? How you see and read the content of this form? please share your thought for our guidance.

this form is to be filled out when applying for resignation, retirement, SIP. however, the employees can indicate herein the clause "except for claims for COLA and BEP" (which are still waiting for final decision of the Supreme Court) before signing.

maraming salamat sa post mo BCARL. correction lang po "WALA LANG" lang po, di "WALANG WALA". medyo iba kasi yon dating ng "WALANG WALA" kaysa sa "WALA LANG". yon QUITCLAIM ay di po makatao kahit sabihin pa nila na ito ay legal (legal nga, di naman makatao o maka Diyos). dapat lang po na bayaran tayo kung anuman ang dapat natin matanggap noon tayo ay naglilingkod pa ng tapat sa kanila. di po ako sa sigurado kung katanggap-tanggap sa management kung maglalagay ka ng exemption para sa COLA. ang sigurado lang ako ay ginagawa yan ng management para ang isang empleyadong nagresign o nagretire ay di na dapat makatanggap pa ng COLA.

ang QUITCLAIM ay mandatory po yon para sa mga aalis na. ibig sabihin, di ka babayaran ng management kung wala ka nito.
