What will happen in December?

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

Xanxan, You belong to the younger generation of Landbankers that is why you cannot expect a higher dividend. The longer you stay with the bank the higher dividend you would be receiving. katulad mo ay naranasan ko rin ang tumanggap ng P300, P500 na dividends from PFO kasi 2005 lang ako naregular. pero konting hintay lang po at tataas din yan. isipin mo na lang... may pang-burger ka na...o kaya may pambili k na ng gatas sa anak mo(kung meron na)... o kaya may pambayad ka na sa water bill. 300 o 500 man yan ay malaking tulong na rin yan.

we had the same experience before. nung kami p ang bago walang rice allowance, medical etc for four years. mga 2nd class citizens kami nun kumbaga. only during the time of pres lapuz that we were given equal share of the benefits at hindi pa siya retroactive ha? maswerte nga kyo ngaun after a month may rice allowance and uniforms pa agad etc.. tyaga lng darating din s u mga yan.

On the ACA/PERA, we are not giving up on this because we have pending request for its release but then we cannot give you any assurance as to "are we entitled" or "when it will be". As we all know for a fact that the GOCC Act has affected most of our benefits. Those which we are enjoying now have been institutionalized and previously approved by PGMA but those one-time benefits which we used to receive before were not anymore given to us.

On the release of HF dividend, we were informed by our fellow NEB who sits in the PF Board that the release is approved in principle however as to "how much" this will still be deliberated upon on November 28 during PF Board Meeting.

good afternoon po sa ating mga kasama sa NEB, paki-update naman po kami dito sa region iv sa mapapagmitingan ng NEB ngayon Nov. 24-25, 2011. Sana naman po maconsider sa pagpili ng ating HMO na mailagay sa card ay private po ang category kahit ang plan ay di masyado mataas. May nakausap po kami na representative ng HMO natin ngayon 2011 and he advice us na puede ilagay sa card ay example private up to plan P500.00; P600.00 etc.. Suggestion lang po ito, thanks and God bless us all.
