What has been done could no longer be undone. We just have to move forward and not dwell on mistakes but learn from them.

Being an LBPEA Officer is really a tough responsibility that is if you take it seriously and by heart. If you are a conscientious officer, you perform your job because it is a mandate. It is the very reason why you were voted for to uphold the interest of the employees because they believe you will be able to do something for them.

However, it is a reality that one cannot please everybody. There would always be criticism. There is no reward but an altruistic feeling that you did something good for the ranks.

I only wish that the next LBPEA officers will take upon themselves seriously the responsibility that goes with the position..that goes with the trust given by the employees. I wish that each officer will truly work to address the concerns and problems of the ranks and not just to attend meetings.

My 5-yr stay in LBPEA had been both difficult and challenging. What I can say is that I gave my best and already repayed/satisfied those who voted for me before. I dont expect nor put any pressure upon myself to win in this coming election anyway if the ranks would still want me to serve them..fine otherwise I have other options open.

Linawin ko lang sa iyo, hindi ako kandidato at lalong hindi ako galing sa kampo ng kahit na sinong partido. Pi-nost ko yang listahan na yan para maging patas sa lahat ng kandidato. Kung mapapansin mo puro COLABEP party ang mababasa natin dito. Wala ako ibang intensyon kaya ko yan ginawa. Hindi ko lang kayang palampasin ang sinabi sa akin ni tuta. I just want to clarify the reason why pinost ko yung partido nila. May mga naghahanap eh, siguro kailangan naman natin sila tugunan. PLATFORM for LBPEA 2013-2018- Board for Northern Mindanao

1.Propose Re-alignment and Amendments of provisions of the Unions' Constitutions and By Laws.

Change is--and always has been--an inevitable part of life. Our institution, today are under intense of economic pressure. Reorganization, Re-alignment, merger, and other major changes are extremely possible to happened. The Institutional Reforms and Re-alignments (IRR) in our institution already took place and operational for almost a year. There is a need to re-aligned our Union's Constitution and By Laws to be able to cope up with the managements dramatic change in our institutional framework , landscape and sectoral approach enhancements. This IRR seeks among others clearly defines the roles, responsibility and accountability within the lending and banking industry. Promote good governance as well as rationalizing and aligning of positions to have an effective span of control among us.

2. Promote Union's Good Governance and Transparency

For the Past LBPEA administrations, good governance rated so low due to financial transparency issues. In my 2 1/2 years as National Executive Board member, Financial Report Preparation had been task to the National LBPEA Treasurer, (per Constitutional By-Laws of the Union). Treasurer 's function are just debit, credit and preparation of total balance report. Therefore to achieved transparency, full time paid bookeeper by the LBPEA should be established. Good Governance can only be achieved if there is trust and support from the members. Building Trust and supports among members can only be attained if the leaders of our union shows the proof of operational transparency.

3. Strengthening, Revitalizing LBPEA linkages with other Unions of same classifications to foster Cooperation in facing challenges that arose in the implementation of existing policies and legislation that affects the GOCCs and GFIs.

RA 10149 known as "GOCCs Governance Act of 2011" The primary purpose of the Law is to regulates all Exempted GOCCs Finances accountability and incentives. Non-performing GOCCs might face the possible consequences of Abolition. Uncontrollable GOCCs and GFIs continuously giving perks no longer allowed by law might be recommended for privatization. GFIs and GOCCs with same mandate, institutional framework such as DBP and Landbank might be recommended for possible merging. All of the above recommendations of the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) , (who has the full blanket authority to all exempted GOCCs GFIs). shall be implemented by 2013. With a Strong linkages with other Unions of same classification, foster coordination and cooperation is an answer in facing this dramatic challenges ahead us.

4. Creation of Union's Social Media as medium for information updates and dissemination. Tool to provide Services to members inquiries as well as a gateway to LBPEAs improvements and developments through members recommendations and participation.

For the past LBPEA administrations, updates and developments of the union's movement were difficult, none or very late to reach on members assigned in the provinces, yours truly initiated and created this social media (Facebook)to answers to the members rights and privileges of all the LBPEA offered services. Member's issues and concerns related to their jobs and functions and other grievances had been brought to proper forum.

Yours Truly is also actively sharing information’s provide updates not only in LBPEA Facebook but also in LBPEA Visayas Forum. I am one of the administrator using call sign as "SPECIALIST". I might be newbie in the arena of Unionism, but with your support and continues sharing of ideas, recommendations and suggestions on this sites for the betterment of our Organization, rest assured it will be brought to a proper forum.

Huwag po tayong padadala sa mga matatamis na plataporma. bilang Kawani ng gobyerno may mga batas pong nag cocontrol sa mga bagay bagay at benepisyong ating tinatanggap. Bakit si Lito Chua/COLABEP?

Nakarating man o hindi sa inyong kaalaman ang aking pong Plata Porma de Gobyerno noon ay nabuo base sa aking mga naging karanasan sa Land Bank of the Philippines na nagpatatag sa aking pagkatao: Taong 1993- Batangas City Branch bilang Property Appraiser, Acting Verifier, acting AO, at marami pang Acting; 1996-Batangas Lending Center bilang Property Appraiser, Acting AO, Acting LAU Head; 2001-Agrarian Operation Center IV bilang Field Investigator and Field Operation Specialist; 2005 hanggang sa kasalukuyan bilang Property Appraiser at TPA reviewer

Ako po ay naging biktima na ng bullying; nademoralized sa mga pamamalakad at pag-uugali ng mga dating officers ng LBP; nadepressed ng ako ay kasuhan matapos na ako ay makapag-ambag ng Bright Idea na nauukol sa LBP Provincial Lending Structure na naimplement ng 2001 na walang naging reward kundi Commendation at naging Bright Idea Awardee ng taong 2003; naranasang mapag-isa habang binubuno ang kaso mula 2005 hanggang 2007 at nagkabaon-baon sa utang, naiwan po ako sa ere subalit sa awa ng diyos ako po ay naabswelto;

Sa panahon ng depresyon nawalan po ng direksyon ang buhay ko.

Ako po ay naglingkod bilang LBPEA Unit Representative, Assistant Regional Governor at Regional Governor sa Region IV ng kapanahunan ni Manny Donato at napabilang sa mga hayagang komokondena sa hindi agarang pagbibigay ng mga kaukulang benepisyong nararapat lamang ibigay (may konkretong basehan) para sa empleyado ng LBP.

Sa akin pong karanasan simula sa pagiging leader estudyante mula elementarya hanggang kolehiyo ay masasabi kong may iba't ibang katangian ang mga namumuno; Ma-ingay at magaling mag-isip at pulos diskusyon subalit walang aksyon; Panay ang ingay at aksyon wala namang direksyon; magaling mag-isip subalit tahimik kung gumawa ng aksyon; ako po sa aking pananaw ay walang perpektong leader, kung kaya nga't ang tanong ko po sa inyo ano pong klaseng leader ba talaga ang ninanais natin?

Bakit si Lito at COLABEP? simple lamang po

Una: magkahalintulad po ang aming mga agenda kung ano po ang nilalaman ng naka-attached na Plata Porma de Gobyerno ko ng taong 2007 hindi man po lahat ay kanilang naisakatuparan;

Pangalawa: Naramdaman ko po ang benepisyo ng pagbaba ng interest ng Housing/Car/Equity Loan at nagbenefit din po ako sa pagkakatakeout ng aking GSIS Conso Loan para sa mas mababang interest;

Pangatlo at Panghuli po: ang Pagpapatuloy ng magkapareho naming pananaw sa HMO para sa pangmatagalang benepisyo/proteksyong pangkalusugan para sa lahat ng LBPEA kahit po tayo ay mga graduate na o retirado na sa Land Bank of the Philippines;

Dapat po nating tandaan ang lahat ng batas at polisiya ng anumang institusyon o maging ito man ay sa buong bansang Pilipinas, ang lahat ay "MAAARING BAGUHIN AT PAGANDAHIN BASTA'T MAY KAUKULAN AT LOHIKONG BASEHAN".

Ang inyo pong lingkod ang magsisilbing "INGAY" na hinahanap ninyo sa inaakala ninyong tahimik na "LEADER."

I encourage all candidates for the coming LBPEA elections to bare their plans and programs. The campaign should dwell on substance, relevant issues, facts and realistic goals not chocolate-coated empty promises. LBPEA elections should not be a microcosm of Philippine political exercise. The whole process must be conducted with utmost decency, professionalism and respect regardless of your affiliation and belief. I challenge the LBPEA members to be more discerning and circumspect in choosing their representatives. Vote wisely!

If given a chance to win this coming LBPEA election, sana you could give attention on our Medical benefits. Last years negotiation was not beneficial for us due to very high cost and our low medical budget. Compared to some companies medical negotiation masyado tayong tinaga for you to enroll all your family members it's a heavy burden. I don't expect the magagawa nyo lahat ang inyong plata porma pero sana you could give more concentration on the important ones. This year we lost some of our benefits. I don't understand why this happen and bakit di tayo naipaglaban sa management. We are earning and we meet our target and even exceeded. Let us all work together as a team and ask for Gods help and guidance. God bless us all.

fight for COLA BEP is still part of our focus. however, we are now waiting for its finality in the SC. if SC will decide that ALL EMPLOYEES shall be paid, we're all gonna be happy. if in case that they have decided that ONLY who have executed their SPA are to be paid, we already have our plan that we will be appealing to the MGT to pay ALL EMPLOYEES since we are all entitled to it. but we are HOPING that the SC will have the 1st scenario.
