but or course Mr. JC Clemente...hwag sana tyo magkamali pag vote doon sa akala natin ay tamang choice but in the end mag regret lang tyo and realize na we've made the wrong choice.

dapat suriin nating mabuti kung sino ang karapat dapat na iluklok natin sa mga naturang mga posisiyon ng ating union. piliin natin yung mga taong di lamang sa kapakanan niya ang inaatupag kungdi pangkalahatan......dapat maging mapagmatiyag tayo sa mga pinagdaanan natin......

Iboto natin yong may tunay na pagmamalasakit para sa kapakanan ng union at di nagpapadikta sa kagustuhan nang management "Yong tao na pag wala na sa puesto ay nandoon pa rin ang respeto mo sa kanila, yong na-ala-ala mo na noong officer siya nang LBPEA ay may ginawa siyang kabutihan para sa union at para sa kapakanan nang members, kaya piliin po natin yong talagang maakakatulong sa ating lahat, huwag na yong gumagamit pa nang partidong COLA e Kokak cola naman pala o ningas cogon lang at wala naman nagyayari, ginamit lang yong cola para pang engganyo nang bomoto sa kanila, kaya vote wisely po tayo suriin at bosisihin po natin ang mga tatakbo na kandidato, sa daang matuwid na po tayo, salamat at mabuhay tayong lahat!

You take credit where credit is due, all the accomplishments and the benefits LBP employees received that you have enumerated from 2008 to 2010, have vanished into thin air.

The rank-and-file is only receiving the legitimate benefits as approved by the DBM. All the One-time financial assistance have not been institutionalized by COLA BEP, thus the rank and file is back to square one.

COLA-BEP does not speak for the purpose by which your party is created that is the fight for the COLA. Now that the election is near, all of a sudden Mr. Chua, is becoming active again. Maybe he is being prodded by management to run again.

Last time I checked, Mr. Chua have already thrown the towel to give up in the early years of his Presidency. With regards to the LBP Payplan, that was not due to COLA BEP's effort, it was due to the help by a friend of Balsy's, and COLA BEP was just in the sidelines. In addition, COLA BEP did not incorporate the P2000 PERA/ACA in the LBP PAYPLAN, now the rank and file is missing at least P75,000 of retroactive benefits. Furthermore, the TAB is still the same at P13,000.

Lastly, the rank and file always received the text "BEST EFFORT."

kung maaari lang po sana ay hindi na kami kukuha ng retension lawyer/legal counsel para cost cutting. yun lang kapag may usaping legalidad ay kailangan pa rin natin ang serbisyo ng isang abugado. as to COLA, pag-uusapan po ng board kung mas advantageous ang magpalit ng lawyer. we will take up your suggestion.

Being an LBPEA Officer is really a tough responsibility that is if you take it seriously and by heart. If you are a conscientious officer, you perform your job because it is a mandate. It is the very reason why you were voted for to uphold the interest of the employees because they believe you will be able to do something for them.

However, it is a reality that one cannot please everybody. There would always be criticism. There is no reward but an altruistic feeling that you did something good for the ranks.

I only wish that the next LBPEA officers will take upon themselves seriously the responsibility that goes with the position..that goes with the trust given by the employees. I wish that each officer will truly work to address the concerns and problems of the ranks and not just to attend meetings.

My 5-yr stay in LBPEA had been both difficult and challenging. What I can say is that I gave my best and already repayed/satisfied those who voted for me before. I dont expect nor put any pressure upon myself to win in this coming election anyway if the ranks would still want me to serve them..fine otherwise I have other options open.
