MIP3 2ND RELEASE, ANY UPDATE????

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

Eh Baka deniduct na lahat sa Credit card, HMO, Coops kaya wala ng natira.. Dyan magaling yong ating management, walang consideration, walang puso at higit sa lahat ginagawa tyong mga tanga.. to the management, huwag ninyong hayaang maubos ang pasensya naming mga rank in file, dahil pag naubus, isusubong ko kayo sa lola ko na magbabarang!!!!

di na naman natin matatanggap ang 30K dahil sa mga kapalpakan ng mga hummmphhh!!! ewan. RnF mukhang ginagawa na tayong mga tanga, at walang dignidad na kailangan magmakaawa para naman sa ating mga pinaghirapan.. di ba na foresee ito???? anybody??? sound off??? may pasensia pa ba kayo???? and what can LBPEA do with this?? salamat if meron...we just want to hear a word from any of you....

as of this very moment WALA pa pong pumapasok sa cash card namin....ANO BA YAN???!!!! kahit ano na lang ginagawang dahilan para madelayed or di marelease!!!! ganda pa naman slogan natin, "ANG BANGKONG ME DAMDAMING BAYAN" ngunit sa mga maliliit nyang manggagawa ay MANHID sa kapakanan ng mga ito dahil sa mga walang-pusong mga opisyales!!!!

BWAHAHAHHAHAHA....korak ka jeonichelle!!! yun ang tamang announcement jan... pero pasok pa din yung "for credit after office hours" kasi sabado ngayon, wala naman opis, nyehehehehe...

I saw the memo informing LBPEA, regarding this MIP3 date of release and the amount. Sir, hindi po yong President ng ating company ang nagpabago ng date. Its our OIC HRMG head po. Ano kayang sanction ang ginawa ngayon ng ating Presidente, eh yong tauhan nya mismo hindi sinusunod ang utos nya.. Madam president, e re assigned mo na yan, Yan ganyang mga tao ang sumisira ng ating relation bliang RIF and the Mgt..

I jujustify pang isang araw lang daw ang deperensya. no big deal lang daw to.. pwe!! Sir OIC HRMG, wala pong problema kahit kahit ibalik ninyo sa orig date ang release ng MIP, whag lang po ninyong gawing tanga ang mga LBPEA officers na mag desiminate ng maling informations sa aming mga kasamahan... Baka strategy ninyo yan para kami mga RIF ay mag kakalabuan? Sir nakikiusap po ako,Hwag ninyo po kaming bigyan ng dahilan na gagawa ng hakbang para kayoy pitisyunan...

kaya kung kilala nyo who's that person...pangalanan nyo na dito para malaman nya that we are not happy with what she/he have done!!!

..it will be a valid justification/extension IF the cause of delay is if the management increased the amount from P30T to say P50T! whahaha (wish ko lang)..

ang sunod ay release ng third tranche ng salary increases for government workers..e, tayo wala pang first tranche, dahil wala pang approve na payplan or walang info kung ano na ang nangyayari sa ating payplan..
