MIP3 2ND RELEASE, ANY UPDATE????

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

I deeply apologize for the silence and for your agony of waiting. I did not make any comment simply because I have nothing to give.

This morning I sent messages to our LBPEA Officers in Manila to follow-up our request for MIP3 because the ranks are already restless.

Fortunately, our VP External Nanette Lati was able to talk to AVP Voltaire Pablo-ERD Head and the information given was that the MIP3 no longer needs approval of the LANDBANK Board. The amount is still being determined how much would be given to us. There was no assurance that it will be given this April 15.

But LBPEA would still have to get the final say of Mam Pico. Our Pres/CEO attended a lot meetings today that LBPEA Officers were not able to have a meeting with her. LBPEA NEB will try to set a meeting tomorrow.

Our LANDBANK Board had a meeting today. The only information given to us by one of the Directors was that our payplan is still with Malacanang. It is not true that it was denied.

Please tone down your comments...we are all professionals. We your LBPEA Officers are working hard to do whatever we think is best for the employees because we are on the same boat we feel what you feel kung nahirapan kayo nahirapan din kami.

Sometimes we have to understand that there are factors affecting our demands. It is during this time that we need your support and your understanding. It is during this time that we have to get your suggestions because we believe some of you have better ideas than us.

LBPEA actually requested to have it released this April 15 however we will only be receiving P10T according to Mam Pico because our COA Auditors at the head office are new they were not able to give our management feedback on disallowances on our net income as basis for computation of our MIP3.

It is on April 29 for us to receive quite substantial amount which is higher than P10T but lower than P40T.

Ms. Sonia, nagkakagulo kasi mga tao coz magpo-post kayo ng advice without any reason why it is so...eg. why less than 40K? what are the disallowances that COA found in our net income? why not release the 10K on the 15th and the balance of the 2nd tranche on the 29th? at least yung 10K ay makakatulong na sa enrolment and sa bakasyon ng mga kasamahan natin na uuwi sa probinsya this lenten season kahit papaano...marami rin po kasi tayong mga kasamahan na nangangailangan at nahihirapan na talaga due to our situation nowadays kaya siguro nawawalan na sila ng pasensya sa pag-aantay...we can't blame them and hope you'll understand too...thank you!!!

COA was not able to give the disallowances on our net income as our basis in computation of our MIP3. I repeat hindi sila nagbigay. The disallowances are those deducted from our net income thus it cannot be determined how much MIP3 we are entitled to receive. I dont know what are the specific disallowances, all I know is that these are audit findings of COA.

Let us respect the agreement made between our LBPEA Officers and the management today that our MIP 3 will be released on April 29.

Ahlvein I understand the difficulty that you and the rest of our fellow employees feel at this time.

My point is that let us make our comment light. If you noticed the rest of my fellow LBPEA Officers who were answering comments before are no longer doing it now because of the harsh comments thrown to them. Let us try to maintain a healthy exchange of ideas among us in this website.

compare to other income generating agency... ganun din ba ang sitwasyon nila pag nag increase? pahirapan din kahit me sariling charter? nadinig ko tsismis lang din pero ang sabi 2 na lang daw na governemnt agency at isa tayo sa 2 na yun ang walang increase...? well... langgam lang tayo kumpara sa mga elepante sa itaas... wag lang sana ipitin masyado... kasi katulad ng langgam pag naiipit nangangagt din... just a thought ^_^ salamat sa good news para sa april 29... lets just celebrate the holidays na penetensya talaga ^_^

The 2nd tranche of MIP3 will be released on April 29 only as agreed between LBPEA and the management.

If LBPEA insisted to have it this April 15 only 10T will be given to us and no more another release. However, if we have to wait until April 29 we will be receiving much higher than p10T. So LBPEA decided to accept the offer of management to have it released on April 29.
