It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

Oo nga .Halimbawa kami PG 6 ,rate namin AO Jan. 2012 ay P 39,565.00. So bakit simula noong Jan. 2013 ay nauntog na kami sa P 39,565.00 gayong based sa ipinakita nila ay P 40,500.00 pa dapat ang maximum sa 2012.

Ako po ay PG 6, ang maximum sa PG 6 base sa 3rd tranch ay P38,000 pero sa ngayon ang basic pay ko ay P37,558.13, pero 2 years na akong untog. If ang 3rd tranch ang nasunod dapat last year di pa ako untog dahil hanggang P38,000 naman ang bracket ng Pg 6.

Ang problema dito e pipirma tayo ng petition pero hindi natin alam kong ano o magkano ang hinihingi natin.Paano kong paglabas ng tranche na iyan wala pala tayong makukuha.

Gusto ko na talaga magalit but Im trying to control pa although I am thinking of giving up LBPEA there's no sense fighting for anymore. I would rather keep my beauty intact.

Anyway, ang increase po ay in percentage distributed in 4 years so 4 tranches na ito remember yong 1st tranche was 2009 to 2010 - 25%; ang tranche 3 noong 2011 ay 10% ibig sabihin dapat ang tranche 4 hindi bababa sa 10% din. Yong sa SSL kasi ganoon din kung nabasa nyo sa footnote ng IPP nandoon po ang percentage ng increase per year sa SSL 3 kasi nga nakasaad sa RA 10149 na 4 years ang distribution sana claro po ito.

Magbasa po tayo at intindihin ng mabuti ang ating binabasa. Kung magalit man kayo sa akin ok lang po wala naman ako plano tumakbo ulit or tumagal pa sa lbpea. Sa tagal ko na sa lbpea nasanay na ako laitin kaso lang nakakasawa din. Yong mga nanlalait kasi wala naman napatunayan wala naman may naitulong puro lait lang.

Ang paglagay ko naman ng post ni LBPEA Pres. Tecson is for you to know na merong ganyan na document. Whether you will accept it hook line and sinker or you will reject it because its a crap then its up to you.

I agree with you Ma'am Son to take a break from Lbpea...and from this site, parang nakakapagod rin namang sumagot / saguting mag isa ang mga tanong ng boung region tapos ayaw pa maniwala. Hope to have a happy weekend also.

Actually Sir Bob my obligation as far as LBPEA is concerned is exclusively visayas area alone I am not obligated to serve you in cagayan de oro. But despite this fact, I made the information available to other areas hoping that it would help the employees in becoming aware of what is going on in LandBank. But then it seems that you are not satisfied with the information that you read in this website I suggest you ask directly your LBPEA Director in your area so that you wont be bothered to visit this visayas website.

In fairness naman, mas marami tayong nakukuhang information dito sa Visayas kesa don sa Facebook ng LBPEA, mas updated dito kesa don, yon nga lang nandon yong LBPEA President kaya lang matumal ding sumagot, ilang NEB lang din ang nakikisali don, dito isang NEB lang ang kausap natin pero mas marami tayong nakukuha. For you to know mr bob587, i did not run for position in our unit to represent in LBPEA, So to say that im not an lbpea officer. Ngayon , for you to know and for you realize, this web was duly created for LBP visayas only just to cater issues that could be probably address by officer of lbpea in visayas area. Pasalamat nga tayo this web was open to all Landbankers nationwide, thanks for the creator, that issues of other region were clearly answered and responded in time. Mr. bob587 if you have all the GUTS, bring your sentiments/ suggestion to LBP Management , were not bound to STOP you, be there.

Lastly, if you consider yourself to be one of those BUMIBUYSITA to this web, na gusto mo pang ipasara, Then LBP has yet to undertake measure to lesser expenses in recommending personnel attendance to seminar particularly on personnel development program, just read one MARK TWAIN has quoted.
