It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed.  Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.  
 
With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA.  Thus  here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit. 
 
This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

pasalamatan na lang natin bigay ng LBP mga kasamang maglulupa sa bangko sa lupa ng pilipinas. kaya nga token e. bigay. libre. buti hindi na naman pinautang sa atin....

hoy uragon, d ganyan ang pangangailangan ko na hinihintay ni lhuillier....

tama ka isabela, praktisan ko lang yan sa shooting....punta ka sa amin ipatong mo singsing mo (kung mayron kana nun) lagay mo iyong ulo....

ay mike o... we will not expect kung magkano sangla ng mga item na yun ang importante is mayron tayo remembrance ng landbank...

you misquote me, ms. jotags...

yung singsing ko ang hinihintay ng lhuillier, hindi yung sayo...

15 years na din po ako....

at kung siguro ay mag-isa ka lang nghahanap-buhay and apat ang anak, nagpapagatas, nagpapa-aral, etc. etc. siguro talagang mangangailangan ka ng todo sa pera...

sensya na pero yan ang totoo...

nagpapasalamat pa rin ako ng malaki sa landbank at masaya sa aking ginagawa dahil sa kanya nabubuhay ang pamilya ko kapalit naman ng katapatan at pagsisikap ko...

parehas tayo uragon yon nga lang 3 lang anak ko at ako rin lang ang kumakayod. kaya yon singsing ko pabalikbalik lang sa sanglaan. Smile ang nakakalungkot nga lang yon tissot ko ayaw tanggapin. meron man hanggang 800 lang. Sad
