It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed.  Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.  
 
With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA.  Thus  here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit. 
 
This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

therefore, PERA/CNA incentives may be paid by GOCCs/GFIs because it is allowed under the list provided by the COA Cir, thus, no need for GCG clearance or any other agencies since, they have legal basis already. Only other/additional incentives not stated in the list should have prior approval from the President with the recommendation of the DBM before they should be implemented.

Question: What is the "LBP Double Standard Rule" in Compensation?
Answer: If it is favorable to the employees, PROHIBITED; NOT YET APPROVED; UNDER STUDY; DISREGARD DBM OR COA CIRCULAR...... If it is favorable to "WHO???", SORRY FOR THE EMPLOYEES....

Sir maganda po ang panawagan nyo pero alalahanin natin mga 7 yrs ago nagbayad po mga members ng LBPEA p600,000.00 sa labor lawyer after the CNA negotiation pero during sa term namin wala po kayo binayaran kasi hindi po kami nag hire ng lawyer. Bakit nga po pala wala na tayong update sa COLA natin? May lawyer pa po ba ang lbpea na nag aasikaso nito? Dapat kahit papano may lumalabas naman na issue on this matter.
