It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

Covered ba ang LBP nitong Circular? Sa tingin ko hindi kasi di naman kinukuha sa national treasury through the GAA ang salary and other benefits ng mga empleyado sa LBP or in short, di saklaw ng SSL. Take the case of the P2,000.00 ACA/PERA na naibigay though a DBM Memo Circular, naibigay lang ito sa SSL-covered institutions. Di ba ang GCG ang naempower para mag set ng total compensation package including other benefits natin?

Sana d lang rata for COD's, ang lalaki na nga sweldo nila, d man nila magawa task nila kung wala kaming rank and file, pansinin nyo naman ang PERA/ ACA for us, ganun pa rin kaliit. Ang mga LGU ang Other Government Agency ay tumatanggap na ng tag 2,000. Mabuti na rin yun pang dagdag ng income i benepisyo namin. Thanks

Pasensya na po sa mga PG 7 and below kasi sa LBPEA hanggang PG 8 po ang membership natin. Marami po na PG 8 ang interesado sa DBM Circular na ito kaya ipinaabot ko na po sa LBPEA President natin to make representation with the management about this Circular.
Wala pong EXCLUSIONARY CLAUSE ang Circular na ito unlike sa ACAPERA na may exclusion. Nakalagay po mismo sa Circular na covered ang GOCCs/GFIs. Maraming Salamat po!
