ACAPERA UPDATE

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

ganoon ba interpretation nila sa DBM circular nakalagay naman kasi doon na including GOCC's are entitled sa ACA/PERA, kapag ka para sa empleyado ay hindi entitled, dahil may sariling charter, pero pag ibinigay sa mga pulitikong magnanakaw at sa mga matataas na tao sa LBP i ju justify at gawan nila ang rason, hanggang kailan ang ganitong palakaran at gawain, sila lang ba ang nagtratrabaho?

kaya nga ako ERAP-BINAY ang binoto ko eh. alam ko kasing mas madaling lapitan.

yan ngang clarificatory letter natin sa DBM natagalan ng husto. pero nung lumapit tayo sa Office of the Vice President sandali lang sagot agad sila. yun nga lang eh hindi yung sagot na hinihintay natin.

ang last chance natin ay ang rationalization. i am hoping na pag lumabas ang final compensation package natin ay at par na sa mga matataas na compensation package ng ibang agencies.

alam kong inip na inip ka na at naiintindihan ko ang nararamdaman mo ganun din sa iba nating mga kasama... kung kelan ay hindi kita masasagot dahil ang isinasagawang rationalization ng GCG ay hindi na natin saklaw. ang sa akin lang ay naipasa na ng LBP ang lahat ng dokumentong kailangan ng GCG. lagi rin nating binabantayan ang mga developments sa website nila (http://www/gcggov.com/). kung superman lang po ako matagal baka ok na yan kaso batman lang po eh (hehehe). kidding aside, nakikipag-ugnayan naman po tayo sa lahat ng dapat kausapin. wag po tayong mawalan ng pag-asa.

i just got a while ago the reply from our source. according to him, the approval given to PAD re: the release of mip3 which needs the audited FS is not later than july 15 together with the anniv bonus.

mip2 will be released also not later than july15

medical encashment to be released on july16, we're just checking the payroll accounts of the employees to avoid problems.
