Per inquiry with HRMG head Atty. Mon Cervantes and COPU head Ms. Tessa Gozun:
Differentials for the month of August, 2011
a. 13th and 14th months pay for 2009-2010
b. July 2011 salary

Differentials for September, 2011 (advised to be included/incorporated in our CPS).
a. Overtime claims from July 2009 to present
b. SL/VL monetization

How about the MIP2 for those mga "pinagpala" ska iyong differential ng nkareceive ng MIP2 last year and bonus we received last May 2011?

Puede bang ma clarify sa management, since we have already receive the one-half of the 13th and 14th month bonus for 2011 last May,does it mean na merong ding differential na matatanggap para sa adjusted salary from Jan.-June 2011? Thanks, kaibigang Batman.

HOW ABOUT MIP2 2010 DIFFERENTIALS?

per message from Atty. Mon Cervantes (HRMG Head) and AVP Voltaire Pablo (ERD Head):



20th year wristwatch:

they will redo the bidding process for the token rewards for 20th year (2010 & 2011) as there were changes in the specs. they are limiting its cost to maximum of P20K to avoid COA findings. the revised RIV has to be signed for submission to HOBAC.



differentials for release this August2011:

crediting is intended on the 26th of August though PAD is still waiting for some info from sectors which they are expecting to receive late monday or yesterday.

However, may kumakalat na balibalita sa head office na withdrawable bukas ang sweldo and mip2 while the differentials for 13th&14th bonuses/july 2011 sa saturday daw.

PAD is crediting 2nd quincena payroll tomorrow august 26, 2011 and the differential to be credited on saturday august 27, 2011.

basta antayin na lang po namin dito ang mga blow out nyo. hehehe

hay naku..mam sonia.. Happy na naman ang mga chosen people. kelan kaya matatanggal ang MIP2. unfair sa iba na hindi favorite. kawawa naman. sana yong MIP2 bigay sa lahat kahit naman gaano ka liit na amount at least meron lahat. fair.

oo nga naman.. minsan kasi kung sino pa ung mga hindi deserve na makatanggap nyang mip na yan, sila pa ung nakakatanggap.. nakakadismaya lang kasi..

Pinaglaban ng existing LBPEA NEB during the 3rd CNA na palitan ang percentages sa MIP2 para lahat meron pero hindi na approve kasi hindi daw lahat ng empleyado ay performers.

However, we proposed again under this 4th CNA for the management to revisit the performance appraisal system inorder to provide objective performance rating.

Just a TIP- the running announcement flashed in the homepage is 99% confirmed with 1% allowance for probable delay.

As for me, I propose that MIP2 should be either scrapped or be given to all. Let us remember that the performance of a unit/branch is not only based on 1 person but everyone. This is common sense of course and we dont need to have a PHD just to know this. Its very unfair for an effective and efficient Landbanker to be given low ratings sapagkat may isang FAVORED ONE na pinag prioritize na maging number 1 sa ranking.

It's almost always very unfair..... If you dont feel this, it's either you are the favored one or you are not living on planet Earth...... kuha mo?

Congratulations sa mga nakatanggap ng MIP2, for me, palalampasin ko na lang yan, may differentilas naman ako bukas. At least, cgurado ako dyan.

Dito sa amin, pag may MIP2 ka or promoted ka this year cgurado next year wala kang MIP2. Ganito rin ba sa inyo?

May MIP2 na bang nacredit ngayon Uragon?

Iniba ang schedule sa pag credit ng MIP2 kasi si Uragon lang daw ang mag enjoy so para hindi daw ma feel ang effect ng mip2 sa iba na wala sabay sabay na lg daw ang pag credit.

Sa mga pinagpala at magaling magsipsip ay MERON Mr Blackman kaya alam mo na ngayon na meron pa yong MIP2 na yan, hayaan mo sa susunod meron din tayo hehehehehe . . . . . . Basta galingan na lang natin magsipsip at Magpalakas sa boss

yesyesyow...base sa ranking ng mga ratings natin, yung upper 10% will get times 2 of your basic (so kung basic mo 20T X 2 = P40T na tumataginting yan)...next 15% will get X1.50 and the next 20% will get X1.00...so young 2, 1.5 & 1 is the factor against your basic...yung upper 45% lang ang binibigyan ng MIP2 and the lower 55%, WANG!!!!



yung proposal noon is gawing x1.75 yung upper 10%, then x1.25 yung next 15%, and x1.00 yung next 20% and the remaining 55% will get x0.50 para lahat meron....
