RICE ALLOWANCE

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

Wala po bang balak / plano ang ating organisasyon upang gampanan ang tungkulin
ng MSI hinggil sa ating rice benefits? Masyadong nang delay ang delivery. From MSI maghahanap pa sila ng exclusive supplier per region to supply. Sa kasalukuyan walang makuhang ani ang aming supplier, samakatuwid wala silang
maideliver samantalang marami naman mabilhan ng bigas, bakit kailangan natin mag antay sa makuha nilang ani ??? Benefits kung tawagin ito... dapat ba tayong dumipendi sa MSI???

Rough estimate lang na may 9000 regular employees ang lbp multiply by 30 pesos per sack by 12 months per year magkano napunta sa kanila just to provide price ceiling they earned a 3.2m a year for that simple undertaking. LBPEA could benefit for that.
