     mam, ano po ma expect natin for next years benefits? HMO enrolment na naman po, para malaman if kakayanin pa ba mag enrol ng family, i for one enrols 4 QDs and 2 EFMs. Hoping for ur prompt reply mam. Salamat po

Kung ano po yong existing benefits natin ngayon ganoon pa rin po ang expect natin. Hindi pa po kami sure kung kailan ang salary increase natin. May meeting po ang KAMAGGFI with the GCG sa January 2014 pag uusapan sa meeting na ito ang tungkol sa salary ng GOCCs/GFIs. Sana po maging maayos ang resulta ng meeting na ito.

so expect na lang kami na untog na naman kami this january.

      Thank you for the reply mam. Clarify ko lang po mam ha, the following benefits na ma reciv pa rin natin next year:

     1. Profit Sharing
     2. Grocery Allowance
     3. MIP 1, 2 & 3
     
      What about the PBB mam?

Hindi pa po namin alam kung pa implement na ang PBB kasi if ever papalitan nito ang MIP2 natin.

Kung may katanungan pa po next week ko na po sasagutin going to cebu and tacloban po ako ngayon.

The latest update given by VP External Nanet Lati just today March 27 on the case is the above Notice from the 3rd Division of the Supreme Court.

The Notice stated that under the Resolution of the Supreme Court Third Division dated Feb. 6, 2012, the Omnibus Motion filed by LBP to refer the case for En Banc and to set the case for oral argument was denied.

It granted the motion for extension to file comment on the group of Gene David et al.

It also granted the motion to file complaint-in-intervention filed by Edwin A. Ilagan et al. The counsel for this group is Atty. Jose Evan from Legaspi, Albay Bar 10th placer in 2003.


Any update on this matter since the issue was posted more a year now.

Any update on this matter since the issue was posted more a year now.

During our last NEB meeting there was no update given on COLA case not even from the core group of 1st petitioners who are NEB members now they did not receive any info yet. But we will try to have update on this by January.

Wala pa po kami notice ng LBPEA NEB Meeting this month of January kaya hindi po ako makapagbigay ng update. Kung nakikita nyo po lahat ng update ko ay immediately after ng LBPEA Meeting kasi may discussion at deliberation na nangyayari sa paraan na ito official ang information na naipaparating ko sa inyo.

Ang mga important issues at activities po ay pinag uusapan during NEB Meeting like compensation, benefits, meeting with KAMAGFI etc. Sana maintindihan nyo na ako po ay magbibigay lamang ng update pagkatapos ng meeting namin kasi recorded po ang proceedings naka voice recorder at sinusulat pa so mas official at talagang credible ang information na maibabahagi ko po sa inyo.

sa tingin ko po mam sonia walang lbpea na tumutulong sa ngayon buti pa noong si chua active pa ang taga neb.....palaging may update masama man o maganda ang balitang binibigay.....yon lang naman ang hinihingi ng mga members ng lbpea ''''update'''' lalo na kaming taga probinsya na malayo sa balita.....

We truly understand that mam, no offense to you but we dont need to be told on how to go about our finances.

What we are clamoring are those benefits that are due us, i believe. Too much delayed nga ang mga eto. Wla namang rinequest ang LBPEA na extra ordinary. I for one is not against LBPEA officers, we do not know why management does not approve example is ACA PERA, how was this justified anyway? 

What we just want is to inform us BLACK AND WHITE of what LBPEA is fighting for, we are members and the officers represent us, this is not directed to you mam personally, but to all LBPEA officers. 

We expected so much from all of u, hindi lang about pagkakaperahan, but primarily the IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS that will affect our future.

No offense meant din sayo Jean Grey na taga Cagayan de Oro mabuti nga sinasagot kita kahit Visayas ako. Tanungin mo kaya yong Director mo dyan kung ano ginagawa ng LBPEA.

Of course iyan palagi ang sinasabi ng top management dahil gusto nila palagi maganda ang balance sheet ng bangko dahil sila ang nagpasasa ng malalaking suweldo at benefits.lahat ng decisions nila palagi pabor sa kanila.pag may reshuffle displaced mga employees.pero pag VP visayas o mindanao ang area pero manila based.
