fyi: we would like to update our members on some positive developments based on our latest meetings with the mgt: 1) on mip 2 and 3, already cleared by GCG, we can expect the release after election. 2) on aca-pera, mgt decided to secure COA opinion based on the dbm circulars, joint resotuion no. 04 and the coa circular dated jan. 2013. 3) CNA incentive - already endorsed to HRMG per instruction of mgt. 4) ERIP - lbpea is securing the guidelines and approval of the gsis early retirement program (GERP), as approved by GCG, as basis for our proposal.

we will continue and we will never falter....

parang malabo po jean grey...tanong ko nga jan, bakit yung RATA naibigay agad samantalang ang ACA/PERA ang dami pang kuskos-balungos na dinadaanan...eh parehong DBM circular naman ang nagpaimplement nyan...dahil ba sa ang RATA ay para sa iilan lang at ang ACA/PERA ay hindi????

Magandang balita na to kapatid, pero bakit kelangan IBITIN uli tayo... ano bang kinalaman ng eleksyon at kelangan pa hintayin ulit yon.

Ang sabi nung una, CLEARANCE na lang ang kelangan, ngayon naman andyan na ang clearance, after eleksyon na naman...

Baka naman pagkatapos ng eleksyon eh after proclamation na uli....

released P832 million for the performance-based bonuses (PBB) of some
18,000 government employees.
Budget Secretary Florencio B. Abad on Thursday said in a
statement the bonus had been made available to 18,195 workers in 26
government-owned and -controlled corporations (GOCCs), three state
colleges and universities (SUCs), and five Malacañang offices.

“We commend all agencies and GOCCs that successfully complied

receive their PBB,” Abad said.

Of those whose PBB has been released, the biggest groups in terms
of the number of recipients are the Social Security System (4,524
employees), Development Bank of the Philippines (2,386), Government

(1,158) and the Office of the President (1,081).

The smallest groups were Philippine Sugar Corp. (five), Landbank
Countryside Development Corp. (nine), Film Development Council of the
Philippines (15), PNOC-Renewables Corp. PNOC-RC (16) and Masaganang
Sakahan Inc. (17).

In terms of the average payout, the biggest amounts went to
employees of PNOC-RC (P90,000 each), Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp.
(P89,754), PSC (P80,976), Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management
Corp. (P72,883), and National Development Co. (P68,961).

“I enjoin other agencies and departments to complete their
submissions to the DBM,” Abad said. “This will allow us to facilitate
the release of their PBBs and, ultimately, ensure that their employees
receive the bonuses due them.”

The PBB is one of the components of the administration’s
performance-based incentive system (PBIS), which recognizes and rewards
exemplary performance in government.

Under the PBIS, qualified agencies that submitted all compliance
reports on time would be assessed, provided that they meet at least 90
percent of their targets for the year.

Agencies are also required to fulfill all the good-governance
conditions set by the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Harmonization of
the National Government Performance Monitoring, Information and
Reporting Systems.

Abad said departments and agencies that were qualified for the
PBB needed to establish grievance mechanisms that would allow them to
respond to their employees’ feedback.

“Because the PBB is a new initiative, we have much to learn about implementing it with greater efficiency,” he said.

Madam hindi kasalanan ng DBM iyon.Kasi balita ko noon, nagrequest ang MGT. na MP2 & 3 ang ibigay sa atin.Siguro dahil sa PBB ay may 10 % sa population na marginal,habang iyong profit sharing(MP3) ay wala.Kong walang ganoong request ay sana nabigyan na rin tayo dahil iyong subsidiaries ay nabigyan na.

here's some updates: 1) 25k on mar. 27- this is a request for advance mip3 or suppose to be 1st tranche which we requested from the mgmt. no approval yet; 2) on mip 2 & 3, lbp's stand and lbpea is for the release of our existing mip (1,2 & 3) as against the pbb. per gcg, lbp cannot have both worlds, meaning its either mip or pbb; 3) those who are "untog", lbpea requested mgmt to find ways to address the situation; 4) lbpea requested that aca-pera be retroactive 2009; lastly, 5) mgmt is upgrading our payscale for consideration by the gcg in their implemetation of the CPCS so that wala nang mauuntog.

N.B. kaya mey untog was when lbp implemented the 2011 interim payplan, the RNF increased in salary by 35% while 10% for the officers. even then, mey mga untog na din but then lahat ay nagkaroon ng increase, so now lng nila ito nararandaman.

Actually, publicity na lang yan. Yun relative ko sa SSS, last Dec 22, 2012 pa nila na receive yang PBB na yan.

WHAT'S HAPPENNING....pero we're still working for best para may ibigay sa government,,,SOOO UNNFFAAAIRRRRR!!!!

This is just a suggestion to NEB re to the most "talked of the landbankers" which is the MIP2, MIP3 & PBB:
1. LBP shall adapt the existing MIP2 & MIP3.
2. However, in order to "harmonize" the existing benefits to the PBB, MIP2 must be slightly changed/amended in the area of coverage. Meaning, instead that only 55% can benefit from it (based on MIP2), it must be "harmonize" to PBB and make it to 90% instead. MIP3 is maintained.
3. This PROPOSAL does not contradict in anyway both PBB & MIP. GCG & mgt certainly will agree on this since it has no any contradiction to the provisions of the E.O. pertaining to the PBB.
