It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed.  Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.  
 
With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA.  Thus  here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit. 
 
This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

Demand what is due to us.. Jan 27, 2011 ko pa na post etong CNA to. Mgt insisting that we can't have two both worlds (benefits). Its a choice between MIP3 or CNA. Which is for me, its two different benefits. CNA derive savings from cost cutting measures, while MIP3 was based on our institutional operational income. Mukhang nakoryente naman ang mgt dito.. tsk..tsk..

Lbpeans Xix dagdag mo pa yong bagong COA CIRCULAR 2013-003 DTD JANUARY 30, 2013.. Grabe na yan pag hindi parin justified claim natin ng CNA....

Lbpeans Xix or bingi lang talaga mgt namin?.. if i am going to compute it PSLMC Res. @ 2 s, 2003 pa ang entitlement natin @ 25k per year, 10 years po yon or tumatagingting na 250k po yon matanggap dapat ng bawat employees, less mo na yong mga binigay nila na CNA signing bonus natin na 35k. 3 yrs po yong coverage ng ating cna at 75k po ang dapat tinatanggap natin bawat CNA contract..tsk...tsk..

Lbpeans Xix LBPEA, dont settle for less.. Demand what is due..this is allowed by law.. ilaban natin to.

Lbpeans Xix yon ang sabi sir. habang wala akong pinanghahawakan, hindi nila ako mapipilit maniwala. benefits delayed is just like benefits denied for me.

Isa sa mga apektado sa pagka antala ng benipisyo ay lahat ng empleyado magmula sa presidente ng bangko hanggang sa pinakamababang posisyon. Wrong Anabella its not exploitation per se ms. valle, its just so happen that maybe persons concerned were not well versed of this, hence, they did not make proper positioning with management, even if we are demanding for this on a verbal basis, proper documentation must be presented coupled with proper factual justifications. i guess dito tayo nag fail, di najustify in writing.

Lbpeans Xix Concepcion Tse Pacot I dont understand, kailangan pa natin prior approval sa president to have cna incentive or part na cya sa SSL natin mr Lbpeans Xix?..............hindi po CNA incentives ang sini seek prior approval sa president maam, its the budget allocation and target for the year ng institution po. From that budget for the year allocated, the generated savings from budgeted operating expenses of our institution, shall form part as our CNA incentives. Per circular that i posted, 50% of the generated savings for CNA incentives, 30% for working conditions improvements or can be added to CNA incentives and the remaining 20% can be use to purchase equipments critical to the operations and productivity improvement program. Its not also part of the SSL or CCSP but an additional benefits aside fr our salary. Its also entirely different from MIP3 as justified by the mgt, that savings derived from cost cutting measures ultimately form part of the income which serve as basis for the granting of MIP3/profit sharing, which is now being questioned per GCG circular, all MIPs should harmonize to PBB. next year MIP 2 and 3 will be replace by PBB,.. CNA incentives which is allowed by law will be our replacement of the MIP3/profit sharing. All government agencies covered by DBM, maximum declaration of CNA incentives is at 25k/ yearly. sa mga exempted GOCCs like us, wala pong maximum or limit/ as long as its inaccordance of the quidelines where you derived your CNA incentives.
