LBPEA FORUM

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

iba kasi ang system dun sa bagung site.. di ko nakikita ang mga post na dapat tignan... another is.. sa forum pwede pa ma review ng tao yung mga usap usapan... doon parang natatabunan lang.. pero gusto ko yung sa lbpea lbp... maganda din dun..

I agree that this site should be preserved. This forum serves as an alternate source of information and venue for free exchange of ideas. A single lbpea site could be easy to control and manipulate.

Mam Alut5724: Nag emergency meeting po ang mga kasamahan namin na NEB sa head office the other day at ang message na pinaabot sa amin ay wala pa rin po kaliwanagan ang mga hinihingi natin. Hindi po napag usapan ang softloan.

To all the fans of this website especially the nocturnal members who usually log between 11pm to 2 am. This site will remain open as long as there are still Landbankers who will continue to support it. There will be change in the Admin although I really have difficulty looking for my replacement.

Sa totoo lang po Mam Alut hindi galing sa LBPEA ang info na lumabas about March 15 na meron matatanggap kaya wala po ako na post dito sa website. Ang pinalabas last month nina Pres Allan was about the PBB at yg may positive development na daw kaya temporarily stop pag wear ng black. Sa nangyayari ngayon mukhang hindi po positive kung di negative development..mali yata ang forecast

i think land bank should come up with an early retirement incentive program to be availed by aging employee like me who wants to make a graceful exit with the bank at an early prime aged of course with packaged like of the present SIP program.. I do hope LBPEA will put this as an additional agenda in there meeting and request our top management for approval of ERIP.

in addition to that, approval of retirement should be after compliance of all necessary requirements. Hindi yong wala ka na sa serbisyo at saka pa lamang hihingiin yong mga clearances etc., kahit papano habang inaasikaso ang mga iyon ay may makukunan ka pa ng mga panggastos.

Sir Crossbone: Your proposal for ERIP was already raised by Atty. Blitz in this website before which during the LBPEA NEB Meeting last February I made the proposal. I prepared the Resolution which was unanimously approved by the LBPEA Board requesting for an Early Retirement Program to the management.
