PROVIDENT FUND TO BE DISSOLVED?

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

dis will only be good for those who have more or enough earnings in our pfo, if this will be the case pfo will surely deduct all outstanding loans, paano na yong malalaki pa ang utang sa pfo like housing/car loan/multi purpose etc.

kung totoong may naka pending na batas, may date of effectivity po yan. hindi pwedeng sakupin ng bagong batas yong ating dating bank share contributions

kung matutuloy man ang batas na ito, siguro ung mga bago lang ang subjected to w/holding tax. hindi na ung mga nauna pa. at hindi naman siguro nang dahil lang sa batas naito e madidi-solve na ang PFO natin. kundanga kasi andaming batas na pwedeng gawing, ito pa napagdiskitahan.... balak yata nilang puro outsource na lahat empleyado ng LBP. pwera officers of course....

as of now nothing to worry po. representatives of PFO from all GFIs and GOCCs are communicating to have plans and actions regarding the matter. and if the bill would be approved, it will not cover all PF shares already paid. it will not have retroactive effect to it.

i think there was a law enacted before to authorize the existence of provident fund offices of GFIs and GOCCs? it will take another law to effect the dissolution/removal of another law. please let us landbankers, know the principal author and other sponsors of the law because he may run again in the 2013 election. we will give what is due to him in exercising our right to choose the leaders who are pro-people. rest assured that our families, relatives, friends and everybody within our reach NOT TO VOTE for him anymore!
