ACAPERA ISSUE

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

We actually informed Atty. Mon Cervantes during our meeting last January 20 on the possibility of LBPEA making a clarificatory letter to DBM with regards to the circular on ACA/PERA. However, this matter was not resolved during the LBPEA Meeting especially as far as the preparation of the letter is concerned.
Aside from LBPEA, the MMOAI has pending request also for the release of the ACAPERA.

you are right atty semaj, if the neb cant decide on the preparation of the clarification letter, why not draft the letter and we, the r & f here in region 2 will all sign it. kung pwede tayo na dito sa region ang gumawa ng move with permission from the neb. there is no harm in trying ika nga.
