Our management will not anymore advance the payment in excess of our TAB as it was subject of recent COA exception. Instead, the payment will be made through a PFO Loan Facility at a minimal cost but will not be subject to monthly deduction. The payment will be deducted from our other benefits. | mam sonia clarify ko lang kasi sa application form may note dun na "advances from the bank to cover deficiency shall be collected through deduction from salary/benefits of employee concerned." parang may nabasa ako dito kasi sa page mo na it will be deducted from our other benefits? tama po ba? | As I am accomplishing my application for HMO, it appears that should I opt for Plan 1000 or higher, the P13,000 medical allowance (TAB) could not cover the premium rate of P16,596. Ang pwede lang icover ay yung pinakamababang Plans (600 and 800) na walang access sa renowned hospitals! Whewww...

Hindi pa kasi na approve ng PFO board ang loan facility na yan kasi sa Dec 28 pa meeting nila approved in principle pa lang talaga so hindi pa na change ang terms sa hmo application natin. Masyadong gipit na po sa oras kung hintayin pa ng HMO Committee natin ang PFO Board to convene. However once officially approved, the terms of payment in our hmo application will be accordingly changed to conform with the terms of the approved loan facility. Dont worry miles, the LBPEA NEB Officers as your representatives will ensure that the terms of the loan will be implemented as approved.
