Mam sonia, update po natin today, yun pong transmitted resolution natin sa malacanyang last March 4, Nagtanong napo tayo dis morning. ang sagot po nila ay hawak na raw ni Sec. Julia Abad yun resolution.

Good morning, ano po kaya yung proposal na tinatanong? Kung proposal sa comp. package. Wala po sa NEB ang nakakaalam.

ulitin lang po namin. ang proposed compensation plan po natin na submitted sa DBM ay naipakita po sa NEB together with your regional governors and vice governors noong 1st lbpea national convention last year. pwede nyo po sila tanungin regarding this matter. and despite the numerous request of the NEB for a copy of the very controversial pay plan, management denied our request for some reasons. hindi po natin maiaalis sa ating mga kasama ang mag-isip ng kung anu-ano at nauunawaan po namin kayo. ang sa amin lang po ay ginagawa naman po ng NEB ang lahat sana ay maintindihan din po ninyo kami. tnx po.

bakit kasi paiba-iba ng mga officers ng NEB? kung si sir batman may ipinakita noon si sir bong wala? ano ba talaga mga kuya?

in fairness po kay sir bong ang sinasabi mo niya ay di natin alam ang kabuoan ng pay plan. yun pong ipinakita sa atin noong last year convention ay yung para sa rank&file lang po. pinakita po ito sa atin in a form of a power point presentation lang. wala pong hawak ang NEB na hard copy nito which is matagal na po nating hinihingi sa mgt. ang inyo pong mga respective governors and vice governors ang makakapagpatunay sa nangyari sa convention last year.

ibig sabihin walang democrasya sa pay plan natin... kung ano ang ma approve yun na yun at kung ma a approve man or hindi wala tayong magawa!!!

Sa private corporation lang may demokrasya ang salary kasi pwede inegotiate. Government financial institution po tayo hindi po negotiable ang sweldo natin under sa civil service law. Nakalagay po sa charter ng landbank na subject to periodic review ng BOD ang compensation natin hindi po nakalagay na subject to negotiation ng mga empleyado kaya kahit sa charter natin hindi po nakalagay ang demokrasya na gusto natin.
May ginawa po tayo para ma approve ang salary natin kaya nga nagpadala tayo kay Pres. Noy ng ating resolution para maipaabot ang ating mga hinaing. Presidente na ng Pilipinas ang kalaban natin sa salary increase dahil kinuha na ang authority ng Board natin na mag approve ng compensation natin.

The pay plan was presented by Atty. Mon Cervantes during the 1st Annual Convention to the LBPEA NEB, to the Regional Governors and Vice-Governors who were present at that time. However, there was no hard copy distributed as it was only through slide presentation.

To settle this issue, I will propose to the LBPEA NEB to request or make a follow of our previous request from the management for copy of the proposed pay plan.

to you mr. 1NEB, the people here are not asking if our salary is negotiable or not, what they are asking is a copy of the proposed pay plan, so they would have an idea on what they are requesting for, as what Atty. Semaj had just said as to why management would not give us a copy, since first and foremost that is the battlecry of Pres. Aquino, 'transparency in government'.......

masyado ka naman yatang 'nega' mr. 1NEB. defensive mode ka na naman.

mga brod and sisters, may i request that we may be not too hot. it pays to be patient. The value of waiting is the value of a lifetime. If we know how to wait, life is shall be easy because GOD knows what to give us and at right time.

Ma'am Sonia,

This is just an inquiry regarding our MABF. when can we received the "benefit" and what are the requirements in claiming?

We inquire this because the father of my co employee passed away but haven't received any but way back 1995 my co employee received an amount of P20,000 upon the death of his mother.
Ma'am can you give us info regarding this matter.

Please advise your co employee to fax to PFO the following:
1. letter request claiming the MABF and
2. death certificate of his father

ma'am sonia, id like also to inquire with regards to our mabf. are the parents an immediate beneficiaries of this benefit? On my case parang wife and children ko lang po ang naenroll ko.in 2007 my mother died, considering that she was not enrolled i did not submit any claim. As i read some posted concern above, i drop this line to ask whether i can still claim such. Thanks.

good am ma'am sonia, ask ko lang ko lang kung pwede bang idagdag as my beneficiary sa MABF ang anak ko na na-enrol ng misis ko as her beneficiary?

For goyong:
If you did not enroll your mother under MABF, then you are not entitled of the funeral benefit. Those employees who were single before and have their parents enrolled without replacing them with their wives or children can file a claim in case of death of the enrolled parents.

For jamor:
I will ask PFO about your query. As far as I know, we are enrolling members of our immediate family not as beneficiaries but as insured because we the LANDBANKERS are the beneficiaries should anything happen.
I will give you update soonest.

Can you please post some updated retirement program of LBP for its employees if there is any, pls. do included top position so the lower may know. Sana di matulad sa proposed pay plan.

( 893-9376 ) ito yong number na tinatawagan namin tuwing kailangan na namin yong kanilang price ceiling para lang makabili kami ng " BIGAS ". I suggest sa kanila ka na lng cguro magtanong upang malaman mo yong kasagutan sa tanong mo kung bakit nagku-collect pa sila ng management fee gayong tayo naman naghahanap ng supplier.
