It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed.  Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.  
 
With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA.  Thus  here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit. 
 
This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

Ano ba ito? tsk...tsk...grabeeeee.....

May narinig akong info na morbid talaga...

I have heard na ang ating salary increase proposal which was approved by DBM and sent to Malacañan for the full approval was finally approved pero merong complication . Approved na nga sana daw sa Malacañan pero para lang sa mga rank and file. Yung sa mga higher ups ay hindi aprubado. And coz of this hindi daw ito ipa implement ng Board natin. Kaya nga daw pinapa lower nalang ang interest rates natin sa PFO loans so as to make as a consolation prize for us all. Para ba daw ang maging effect ay parang nag increase ang take-home natin kumbaga.....and this effect will be felt sa lahat including ang higher-ups natin....
I hope Ms. Sonia that this is not true. Coz if it is.....the rank and file expects an effective action of our LBPEA NEB on these....to let all our voices be heard of us rank and file of this injustice!!!

yes patience....., wait napud tayo hangtud kelan mag post ng balita ang LBPEANEB...for sure hindi lang ako ang restless to know the updates on the salary increase..pag positive sana at favorable sa RnF, ...kelan ma implement? ..if its negative....well, hindi si ako lang ang magtatanong ng why? bakit? ngano? nga-a man? apay nga? por que?..

patience?.......impatient na!

sa mga kasama natin...
salamat sa mga reaksyon ninyo. LBPEA officers were not able to respond to your queries for the last few days kasi nasa convention po kami kasama ang mga regional governors at vice governors nyo. please coordinate with them about our plans. please support us in securing signatures of all members to be attached in our letter addressed to Malacanang copy furnished the office of DBM, LBP BODs, and LBP Management. the forms to be signed by our members were given to your Governors and Vice Governors. please support us... thank you.

wala rin pong confirmation sa issue ng proposed compensation ng rank-and-file lang ang na-approved ng DBM at yung sa higher officers ay hindi.

medyo nakakasakit din po sa loob yung sinasabi ninyong kaya lang nagbigay ng mababang interest rate sa mga PFO loans ay para pakonswelo lang. ang mga LBPEA officers po na nakaupo sa PFO ay nagpursigeng mag-propose ng interest reduction para sa ikaluluwag ng ating mga miyembro.

muli sana ay suportahan ninyo ang plano nating maipadala sa malacanang ang ating hinaing. salamat po.

sir batman, marming salamat sa info nyo. kasalukuyan na kami pumipirmi dun sa pinamapirma nyo thru our regional governor. pero ang di ko maintindihan e kung bakit pa kailangan kami pumirma & represented na sana kami ng mga regional governors? dapat sana dineretso nyo na lang muna nyo ang pagsubmit dun sa letter sa malacanyang para mapabilis ang pagaksyon ni president noy. ung isa pang issue na approved sa DBM ang compensation plan ng rank and file, bakit di na lang sana unahin ang pag implement sa compensation plan ng rank and file at sunod na lang ang mga officers. sila naman ang dahilan kung bakit nagkaluko luko ang pagtaas ng sahod natin e. masyado kasing matataas ang sahod nila. dapat pa nga di na sila bigyan ng increase db? anyway, maaasahan nyo ang suporta ng rank and file sa mga plano nyo.

salamat po sa suporta nyo. kailangan po namin i-attach yung pirma ng ating mga members para maipakita natin sa malacanang yung total numbers ng empleyadong apektado. ganun din ay makikita nila kung ilang pamilya ang umaasa sa nasabing salary increase.
pwede nman pong ma-implement yung sa r&f kasi ganyan din po yung nangyari nung 2005. pero sabi ko nga po kanina eh wala pong confirmation na ganun nga yung nangyari sa DBM. if ever na totoo po yun eh umasa kayong igigiit natin yung pagpapatupad ng sa atin. muli ay salamat po sa inyo.

sir batman, correct me if i am wrong pero sir, ang alam ko po according to FVP Mon Cervantes during the national convention last 2009, compensation plan 3 of r&f was approved last 2005 pero yun sa officers po ay hindi?

sir ramil and for the info ng mga kasama natin,

pay plan 3 was approved by malacanang in year 2005 at ito pa rin po ang existing pay plan natin ngayon. ang coverage po nito ay increase ng salary ng r&f lang. ung sa officers ay retain yung old compensation nila.
