It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed.  Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.  
 
With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA.  Thus  here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit. 
 
This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

Freedom of expression is guaranteed by our Constitution under th Bill of Rights. Section 4 states that "No law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, of expression, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for redress of grievances". However, this right is not absolute, it may be controlled under valid reasons.

In my opinion, the act of wearing black clothes or any manner of expressing grievances so long as there is no work interruption and not contrary to existing bank rules is a valid exercise of that freedom. Sa tingin ko lang, ang ma violate ay yung rule sa wearing of uniform. Other than that, wala maviolate ng empleado kung sakali...Para safe, bring your uniform at magpalit after na maiexpress ang sentiment...

mga kasama ginawa ng lbpea ang petition para sa additional bonus kahit na nga in full force and effect pa ang eo # 7. Naunawaan naman ng management ang ating mga hinaing kaya nga naisama ito sa agenda ng board hindi naman outright denied ang ating request kung hindi humihingi muna sila ng clearance sa malacanang bago nila ito i approved. bago lahat ang ating mga board of directors at nirerespeto nila ang eo # 7. ang management naman ay willing magbigay kaya nga lang ay nakatali din ang kanilang mga kamay dahil sa eo # 7. antayin muna natin ang resulta ng kanilang action sa kung sino man ang i assign na pumunta sa malacanang and lets hope for the best. tandaan po natin na ang hinihingi natin ay hindi part ng ating institutionalized benefits pero naiintindihan naman tayo ng management kaya ipinaaabot nila ito sa ating mga board of directors. wala pa pong official communication ang management sa LBPEA kung approved o denied ang request maglalabas po ng advisory ang LBPEA pag natangap na ang official communication...god bless us all fellow landbankers....

yan na nga ba sinasabi namin dati pa...mas mainam kasi kung naka INSTITUTIONALIZED mga benefits natin, ung ibang benefits kasi kahit hindi natin hingin ibinibigay din ng management like ung profit sharing and PFO dividend.bat kasi hindi nakita ng mga nakaupong LBPEA OFFICERS (esp those affiliated w/ COLABEP) ang kabubohan ng kanilang ginawang simpleng pangungopya ng lumang CNA.biruin mu pumayag cla na 3 yrs ang life span ng LBP CNA kasi daw charge to the institution's earnings ung "SIGNING INCENTIVE" particularly ung MIP 3 eh bakit magkano lang ba ung MIP3 natin?????besides, in one year time hindi na mabilang kung ilang beses na nagtataasan ang mga presyo ng mga pangunahing bilihin samantalang ung sahod natin ganun pa rin, magkano lang din ba ung step increment as compared to our higher ups? eh nasan na ung pinangangalandakan nila noon na 180% increase sa ating basic pay?kahit nga yung PERA ACA natin nakapako pa rin sa 500 Rolling Eyes milion???palagi na lang ba tayong nakatunganga,nagmakaawa at nanghihingi sa management na karagdagang benepisyo gayong pwede naman itong gawing FIXED BENEFITS THAT WILL BE REFLECTED IN OUR RESPECTIVE PAY SLIPS.o baka naman gusto ng LBPEA OFFICERS na lagi na lang dinadaan sa PFO loan ung mga benefits natin?muntik ko ng makalimutan ung ginawa nilang pag.increase DAW sa TAB natin last year yun na lang sana yung nagawa nila peru anung nangyari bumalik din sa dati, di naman nila sinabi dati d b na medical assistance yun? may assistance bang idinadaan pa sa refund????

basta hindi talaga namin na feel lalo na ngayon yung may labor union na talagang handang gawin ang lahat for the good of all..para kasi ngayon yong officers nakahintay lang kung anong sabihin sa management hindi man lang gumawa ng paraan na mapagaan ang mahirap na buhay ng RANK an FILE..always playing safe talaga yung mga officers ng LBPEA ngayon..nagtataka lang ako kahit nga COA eh 2000 na yung PERA ACA eh..ilang bisis na bang nag increase yung salary grade ng COA? hahay..kahit profit sharing ba ng income ng LANDBANK kailangan pa ba yon clearance ng presidente ng pilipinas? sino ba yung naghirap para magkaincome yung banko? di ba employees? nagrerelease nga yung mga paluging GOCC tayo pa na performing and income generating? ngayon pa na grabe yung demand ng management for the operation ngayon holiday season.. open yung bangko 8 to 4 tapos bukas pa sa 27 na declared holiday kahit may overtime hindi sapat ang nawalang time for bonding sa family..pagkatapos ngayon wala man lang pang merry sa xmas ng mga empleyado..cguro hindi inda ng board yung hirap ng mga rank and file dahil malalaki na yung sweldo nila..paano naman kaming 11700 lang yung basic tapos ang laki pa ng kaltas sa tax at GSIS..paano namin bubuhayin kahit sarili namin ang hirap magkasya..haaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy nakakawalang gana talaga..

open yung bangko 8 to 4 tapos bukas pa sa 27 na declared holiday kahit
may overtime hindi sapat ang nawalang time for bonding sa family


klaruhin ko lang sir....allowed ba kayo overtime pay?dahila bukas ang banko 8 a.m. to 4p.m.? tapos may guidelines na ba na bukas ang banko ngayong 27? tanx po.....

Kung ang reason ng hindi pag approve sa ineexpect natin na benefits ngayon ay yung questionable na EO 7, masyado namang play safe ang board. Kung ating basahin ang nilalaman ng nasabing EO, hindi naman pinagbabawal ang pagrelease ng mga benefits. Sa pagkakaintindi ko po KASI, ang ipinagbabawal ay ang pagbibigay ng "new" increases in the rates ng mga existing perks na nareceive na dati. Eto po yung provision:

xxxx SECTION 9. Moratorium on Increases in Salaries, Allowances, Incentives and Other Benefits. – Moratorium on increases in the rates of salaries, and the grant of new increases in the rates of allowances, incentives and other benefits, except salary adjustments pursuant to Executive Order No. 8011 dated June 17, 2009 and Executive Order No. 900 dated June 23, 2010, are hereby imposed until specifically authorized by the President. xxx

Malinaw pa sa salamanin ang pagkasabi mga kapatid.... The purported petition of LBEA should he anchored on this proviso. Thanks...

For Golden:
Ang regular working hours po natin ay 8 hrs daily so ang 8:00am to 4:00pm is still within the regular hours and not entitled to overtime pay. If you are going to work on Dec. 27 overtime na yon.

Ngaung araw na ito, nagluluksa ang mga empleyado ng LBP d2 sa Tuguegarao Branch kung saan naka house ang LC. AC, AOC at DAC sa pamamagitan ng pagsuot ng itim n damit. Ipinaaabot namin ang pagkadismaya dahil sa nangyaring di pag approve sa hinihingi nating dagdag na benefits. Wala na kaming balita sa LBPEA. Ang tanong? naihain ba ng ating mga officers ang request o naunahan na sila ng hiya o takot sa management. naitatag ang union para sila sana ang maging tinig natin pero mukhang nanahimik na lang sila. Karapatan din ng mga miyembro ang malaman kung ano ang nangyayari sa mga miting nyo.

mam sonia may guidelines na po ba na open tayo on dec. 27? tapos ang ibig kong sabihin if may overtime pay is pag extended kasi ang banking hours from 8:30 to 3:00 to 8:00 to 4:00 ibig sabihin nyan na hindi rin makauwi ng maaga ang mga taga cash operation?does it mean na maka claim kami ng overtime pay if beyond the required 8 hrs. working hours ?

fellow landbankers our petition for additional bonuses was appreciated by the management by presenting it to the board, whatever the reaction of the board it is beyond our control. it was not denied outright the board was just ask the management to seek clearance first from malacanang prior to its approval. lets wait for the result of the action of the management and hope for the best.

We absolutely know that the approval is beyond your control, yet you can do something para malaman ng members as to when sila maghihintay at this point. Sa pagkakaalam namin matagal tagal na rin po nyo yan ninegotiate d po b? Hindi maaalis sa members na mag react ng ganito kasi nangangailangan tayo.Hindi naman po kataasan ang ating suweldo as compared sa ibang GFI's kaya tayo humihingi ng benepisyo na kung tutuusin hindi naman increase kundi yun dati lang na binibigay and definitely not covered by EO #7.Anyway we deserve the bonus sa laki ng effort nating maitaas ang income ng bangko.
