TIMEFRAME FOR CP IV NOT MET

As of August 29, 2014 only 29% or 1,797 out of 6,258 signed the petition for tranche 4.  We have to have more than majority for us to elevate the petition to the higher ups. Thus we are calling on the units who have not yet submitted their petitions to comply as soon as possible.  

It is understandable that delays would happen since other areas sent their petitions through courier which at this time maybe in transit.

As you can see on the schedule below, August 29 was supposed to be our schedule for submission to the office of CSS, President copy furnish the Directors.  

But then we hope to achieve our target of more than majority signatures of LBPEA members within the week.

Yes Sir Blitz true indeed we are off sched because most of the petitions were sent through courier thus arriving late.  But on the other hand we received an overwhelming support of 84% already from the LBPEA members as of September 15.  The National Executive Board will have a meeting this thursday and friday so we will be preparing the resolution/memo elevating this petition to the  CSS, OP and the LandBank Board.  Definitely, there will be revision on the timeline and I will be posting updates within the week.  Thank you!
