It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

A momentous event happened on July 29, 2014 at LandBank Osmena in Cebu City, Region VII. The day marked the changing of guards dubbed as "Passing on the LBPEA Regional Governor's Baton" from Romil A. Banzuelo to Hazel Ann Wong.

A Regional Convention was held primarily for the official turnover of duties and responsibilities. Presentation of reports, accomplishments among others formed part of the Convention’s activity. The National Director for Visayas-Sonia D. Brotarlo witnessed the Official Turnover Ceremony.

Gov. Romil is already occupying an Acting PG 9 position in his new assignment as Treasury Officer of TIBS.

He has been an LBPEA Governor for the past 7 years since 2007. He is very passionate in whatever he does and his personality was reflected in all the successful and well-organized meetings and conventions held in the Region. The accomplishments during his term were truly remarkable.

As we give good luck to our outgoing Governor Romil Banzuelo, we welcome with enthusiasm our incoming Governor Hazel Ann Wong.
