REPORT ON LBPEA NEB MEETING FOR FEBRUARY 2014

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

1. 25K CNA Incentive for 2013
For release on February 27 via payroll account and NON-TAXABLE

2. PF/HF SFAL on the 3rd wk of March
PF and HF Special Financial Assistance Loan will be released on the 3rd week of March. Please submit your SFAL application at the soonest.

3. MIP2 and MIP3
GCG clearance is being sought prior to implementation. If approved, MIP3 will not be released in tranches but for a one-time release only.

4. LBPEA Convention
This is the annual gathering of the Regional Governors and Vice Governors bankwide which will be held on May 22 to 24, 2014 in Manila.

5. CPCS or salary rationalization
If not acted upon by PNoy on February 27, KAMAGGFI may opt to bring the issue to the streets.

6. PF Loan moratorium for calamity victims already approved
The calamity victims in Zamboanga City, earthquake victims in Bohol, and Super Typhoon Yolanda may avail of the Moratorium on the payment of Two(2) Loans for six(6) months. Kindly submit applications to PFO.

7. 2014 CNA Renegotiation
The LBPEA and Management will once again hold series of meetings for the renegotiation of our 2014 Collective Negotiation Agreement.

The Directors assigned in various regions will hold meetings to gather inputs for the CNA particularly the non-economic proposals.

8. Petition for ACAPERA 2006-2009
A petition for the release of ACAPERA 2006-2009 was submitted to the NEB by Director Rhoel Vaflor and which is undergoing legal review by the LBPEA Legal Counsel as soon as done the petition will be circulated bankwide.

9. COLA Update
Still there is no Supreme Court decision for the COLA case

No HMO or softloan deductions. The deductions will be the 3% CNA special assessment, past due VISA and past due coop loan.
