A message from LBPEA Visayas Director SONIA D. BROTARLO
Thu Nov 16, 2017 10:30 am by sonia

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed.  Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA.  Thus  here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

PostSubject: MSI CONCERNS-RICE SUBSIDY   Thu Feb 27, 2014 6:10 pm

One of our units in my area presented to me just recently the billing of MSI. The rice was purchased by MSI at P2k from the supplier but the unit was billed at P2,370 exclusive of the MSI mgmt fee of P30. A difference of P370 between the purchase price and the billed price if this is true, but I hope not, to all 6,000 LandBankers then there is approximately P2M monthly earnings from the rice subsidy benefit of the employees.

Please give feedback to LBPEA for us to consolidate our concerns should this be happening in your units. Salamat po!

THIS IS TRUE TO ALL BRANCHES. MSI IS MAKING BUSINESS FROM OUR BENEFITS. P2.5-2.8M per month or P30-33.6M per annum. The Mgt allowed this to happen to help the subsidiary become viable. Whle the intention of the Pres. was to give business to MSI to make it viable, this is painful to all employees of the Bank. The MSI officer is being paid to use their brain to conceptualize business ideas for the company to generate income NOT to the prejudice of Landbankers.

My goodness kung yan lang ang kaya ng MSI, dapat iabolish na lang yan. Walang silbing subsidiary. It defeats its essence of its creation. NEB must propose to the Mgt. that procurement be performed again by the Branches and just give P30/sack to MSI. Yun lang dapat ang ibayad sa mga walang silbi. Sorry for the word that I used but that is the most appropriate word that I can describe them. Kung mag inquire ka o magreklamo ka sa officer ng MSI, sasagutin ka ng, "IF MAY REKLAMO KAYO, IPAABOT LANG KAY MAAM PICO KASI SIYA ANG NAG APPROVE NG GANITONG SCHEME". MAYABANG SIYA AT AKALA MO KUN SINO SYA. DAPAT ALAM NYA NA ANG NAGTATANONG SA KANYA AY ISA SA MGA BUMUBUHAY SA MALAPIT NG MAMATAY NA MSI.

GINIGISA LANG TAYO SA SARILI NATING MANTIKA NG MSI AT KINOKONSENTI NG MGT.
