It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

KAMAGGFI already made open its appeal to Pres. Noy for the immediate implementation of our CPCS. Thus in support of this appeal, let us once again wear black every Friday until our CPCS is approved.

It is a fact that tranche 4 of SSL 3 was implemented on June 1, 2012 through EO 76. While that of LandBank is only tranche 3 which took effect on June 2011 thus our pay plan was not fully implemented as it was only an interim pay plan.

Let us keep aflame our mantra: IN UNITY THERE IS STRENGTH!

I received this message last night from NEB: Let us wear black to show once again our clamor for the approval of our payplan. God bless us all!

May mapapala ba ang mga untog kong tranche 4 ng SSL ang hihingin natin? Noong maimplement kasi iyong 3rd tranche ay hindi nabigay fully iyong supposed to be total of 35% sa tranche na ito.Iyong increase ko nga sa panahong iyon ay kulang ata ng 5% o total na 30 % lang. Ano ang alternative natin para sa mga untog sa scheme na ito? N agtatanong lang po.Salamat.

on wearing black: most of us at the field were wearing black last friday....pero napaisip lang: alam kaya ni mrs pico na kami rin dito sa probinsya ay nag susuot ng itim? sana may venue na pwede naming ipakita that we at the provinces are supporting LBPEA officers' call..suggestion lang po..

The problem on UNTOG will be addressed by the CPCS because it is already the full implementation of our payplan as discussed during our NEB meeting last January.

As we all know, we have been successful in our call for unity by wearing black during our demand for salary increase in 2011. We did it not just for one friday but until our interim increase was granted and we even had our prayer rallies.

Our call this time is for PNOY to approve the CPCS which was appealed by the KAMAGGFI during the press conference.

Wearing black is only one of the many strategies. But I still suggest that peaceful protest at Malacañan and follow up of presscon inviting the big two TV stations (ABS-CBN & GMA) & print media (PDI). By doing this, puputok ang issue at seguradong makaka abot kay PINOY. Sa nangyaring presscon kasi, parang d umabot kay PINOY dahil baka nasala lang sa Presidential Mgt Staff kasi maliliit lang na TV stations ang naka attend sa presscon.

Also as I am saying, if Ms. Sonia was able to tap the "connection" of Balsy Aquino at the time of IPP approval, then why don't we again tap it again for CPCS approval.

Medyo politika na kasi ang laro dito. Di na oobra ang lobbying sa GCG.
