CNA INCENTIVE

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

This is the medium where you first knew me and this is where I want to personally reach out to you to express my deepest and heartfelt “THANK YOU” for all the years that you trusted me.

With the year-end bonus on Nov. 15 and the CNA incentive on the 30th, there would be left-over if only we would spend wisely.

In case of insufficiency, we have the PFO for education and other financial needs.

We would have another round of increase by next year with the salary rationalization. However, I hope we would learn to manage our finances wisely because with the looming merger we do not know what is going to happen.

Kaming mga officers nyo sa LBPEA alam namin ang pangangailangan nating lahat. As much as possible, we are doing everything to answer the collective needs as they arise however there are limitations to what we can do.

At this time, what I can say is that we should be thankful for whatever blessings we receive and continue to pray for more blessings.

2. There was discussion on the possibility of requesting for additional benefit with the management as part of the CNA since we could no longer ask for additional grocery as it would require GCG approval.

Actually when I asked Pres Allan about our additional request he said that it was discussed during the meeting with management. However it is not possible since we will be violating the DBM Circular on the grant of CNA thus susceptible to COA disallowance.

LBPEA will exhaust other means for us to have something on December but we cannot be sure on the outcome. We just hope that we will still have the PNoy Xmas gift.

So for now, let us start saving for December to be able to enjoy the holiday season.

The employees regularized on 2012 will not be entitled to receive the CNA Incentive for 2012 but only for the succeeding years. Those regularized on 2011 will be able to receive the 2012 incentive.

The CNA Incentive to be given on or before November 30, 2013 will be for 2011 and 2012.

Those employees who availed of SIP in 2012 will be entitled to receive the CNA incentive for 2011 only.

Yes po Sir Gary you are entitled to receive the CNA for 2011 and 2012 even if you'll be retiring this November 1.

Yes Madam. For employees who were separated/retired from the bank since 2012 and this year, you need to send a letter request for the payout of your CNA Incentive to the Personnel Administration Department. You have to indicate the account number where such will be credited. The crediting on the account of retired employees will be by batch after November 30. For other information, kindly call the Centralized Payroll Unit at 02-5512200 local 7167.

Yes po the CNA incentive is for ranks and officers alike. So even the DMs who went on SIP/retirement this year, they are still entitled. Thus to reiterate my previous post, a letter request must be sent to PAD stating the account where it will be credited.

On process pa lang po yong sa retirees, wala po sila definite date na binigay kasi ang inuuna po ngayon ang para sa typhoon victims na financial assistance...post ko lang po dito pag may date na sila na ibibigay

Yes Isabela. DBM issued Circular No. 2013-4 dated November 25, 2013 for CNA 2013. The amount is still the same not to exceed P25t per qualified employee. 4.4.1 of the circular provides that it is a one-time benefit to be granted not earlier than December 13, 2013.
