PBB for GOCCs covered under RA 10149

It has been two (2) years and six (6) months that this website was closed. Many were disappointed with the closure but we have to keep up with the fast changing technology - facebook and twitter, among others.

With the remaining one month and a half of my stint as Director for Visayas, I have been ruminative as to the manner of my “consummatum est” in LBPEA. Thus here I am re-opening the website pro hac vice for my grand exit.

Malapit na maimplement ang compensation system ng GOCCs through the GCG. Last quarter of next year ang target date. By that time, standardized na ang mga monetary benefits ng mga GOCCs ayon sa classification ng mga ito. By then, wala na yung mga issues like withheld MIP, etc.,by reason of admonition or pending administrative cases dahil GCG na ang mag establish ng mga rules. Unless of course kung lagyan na naman ng mga "riders" kagaya ng availment ng 5-day Forced Leave.

GCG re-issued memorandum circular for PBB. It maybe a good news for 90% employees of Land Bank of the Philippines.

Should the management comply with all the requirements by the DBM, I think we are covered by this PBB. That will be good news to 90% employees of the Bank. What was given this year as MIP, was for the accomplishment of last year (2011). This one covers our performance for this year 2012. (January-November) . In my opinion, henceforth, MIP or PBB shall be released during xmas season or before the year ends. More employees will then be entitled unlike before which were only granted to the chosen few.

Your opinion Trica is really good if it will be released before xmas but I dont think it is possible primarily because there has to a rating and ranking of employees and when we say ranking there has to be PTWAR. I hope the management would be able to fast track the giving of this incentive because it would benefit all of us alike officers and ranks.

The circular provides that PBI will be paid NOT EARLIER than December 17, 2012 so the most that we will receive before xmas is the P5,000 PEI which will be paid first.
